On a bachelorette/bridal shower road trip for one of my dear friends, we stopped in Pismo Beach for lunch! We had originally planned to go to Splash Cafe, but the line was so long so we went to Brad’s Oak Pit BBQ next door. For the four of us, we split the bbq buffalo clams, clam chowder, and the bbq seafood platter. The bbq buffalo clams are really flavorful, and the buffalo sauce gives it a good kick. The clams are seasoned with butter, lemon juice, pico de gallo, topped with parmesan and parsley, and garnished with lemon wedges.
