For my birthday dinner, my parents took me to Wood Ranch BBQ! I ordered the giant short rib, described as being heavily marbled with a very rich and beefy flavor. The short rib is seasoned with Wood Ranch’s dry rub and smoked over pecan wood for 7 hours to make it really tender. It really is a lot of meat, and I was stuffed after eating the short rib and the smashed sweet potatoes.
