Congregational Ale House in Pasadena, CA

A friend wanted to meet up for happy hour and found this place in Pasadena!  It’s located on the southeast corner of Raymond Ave and Del Mar Blvd.  They serve a variety of burgers, sandwiches, exotic sausages, flatbreads, salads, and sides including grilled artichokes, Belgian style fries, and a fresh baked pub pretzel.  It’s a fun place to hang out, and the patio is comfortable and quiet enough for conversations.

Sweet potato fries for $4 and the beer-steamed bratwurst for $8!  The sweet potato fries were delicious with the Sriracha ketchup and rosemary garlic mayo!  The bratwurst was good with the flatbread, but it was so small and not worth $8.  Other types of sausages are duck and bacon, pork and goat cheese, vegan apple sage, smoked turkey with jalapeno and cheddar, chicken and parmesan, and hot atomics (grilled onions, spicy peppers, and chipotle mayo).
