For small group one night, Connie made beef and dumpling noodle soup with seaweed, Napa cabbage, green onions, and hard-boiled eggs!  I tried to help peel the eggs, but the only one I peeled ended up in 3 pieces.  Peeling hard-boiled eggs is so difficult, especially when they’re soft and warm!
