My friend Vicky invited some of us over for dinner and baking one night, and Kevin was able to go earlier to help cook! She had an excess of peaches, so they decided to use it in the pasta! The pasta had chopped peaches, bacon, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, and basil! Their recipe was very creative, and it had a unique and interesting taste. I never would’ve thought to put peaches in pasta, but the salty-sweet combination has become more popular across all types of dishes.
