Ichima Sushi is a Japanese restaurant hidden away on Rosemead Blvd! It’s behind Kabuki and Maria’s Italian Kitchen, so it’s easy to overlook. I came here with my parents to take our homestay student and her parents out for dinner. The restaurant is cozy and is good for dates and group dinners. There were three birthdays being celebrated the night we went, and it was fun to hear the birthday music on the loudspeakers and clap along with the rest of the people in the restaurant.
I ordered the sushi combo B dinner for $13.95. This meal comes with a bowl of miso soup, five pieces of sushi, six pieces of spicy tuna roll, and six pieces of California roll. Everything was very fresh and tasted good, but I would have liked to have more of it.
