Garden Cafe is a great late-night place for Western and Hong Kong dishes! There are 3 locations- Arcadia, Alhambra, and Rowland Heights. You can get a sandwich, steak, soup, pasta, fried rice, fried noodles, or noodle soups! If you can wake up early enough, you can also come here for breakfast! The morning crowd is completely different from the late-night group, and it feels like you’re actually in Hong Kong on a bright and busy Saturday morning. The breakfasts come as set meals, so you can choose between noodles, rice, porridge, and buns! Some of the breakfasts include eggs and spam, but other than that, they are like lunch or dinner dishes.
Pineapple and Shrimp Fried Rice- Tasty and simple comfort food!
Baked Spaghetti Bolognese- The pasta sauce is sweeter than usual and very thick!
Duck and Preserved Vegetable Vermicelli Soup- The only thing that should be different is the texture of the noodles. It feels tough and dry.
Macau-style pork chop bun- Grilled pork and onions on a buttery bun!
