Kobe Beef Bulgogi by Jason Wang

Jason made this for dinner one night!  You can buy this meat already marinated from H Mart, and all you have to do is cook it!  It was so good, and it went well with the Chinese spinach!


Diagonally slice the green onions and cook in some oil on medium low heat.  Add the sliced meat one by one into the pan, being careful to lay out each piece.  This meat is very thin so it cooks quickly.  As soon as the meat shrinks, flip it over and cook the other side for about 5-10 seconds.
