Flank Steak

Flank steak with Hot Pot Sauce

Chop one onion into medium-sized pieces.  Marinate the steak however you want it to taste and place it into a casserole baking pan.  Sprinkle the onions all over the meat.  Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.   It’ll be cooked just to medium.  If you want medium rare, reduce the bake time by 15 minutes.

I didn’t realize that this was hot pot sauce.  It has pieces of peppercorns and pork ribs in it.  This sauce was very fragrant but very spicy.
