One of the many delicious dishes that Kendrick has cooked for us at Food Fellowship! I wish that I had taken pictures of all the other things that he’s made. Kendrick is one of the best cooks I know, and he has a talent for making both prime rib-type dinners and tasty variations to some well-known meals!
4 bags of soba noodles
1 Napa cabbage, sliced thinly
2 carrots, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 lb. beef tri tip
Kendrick’s special sauce
Sautee the onions and carrots.
Stir in the sliced Napa cabbage.
Add strips of beef tri-tip- You can use ready-made tri-tip or roast your own!
Add the noodles and break up the clumps so the noodles are evenly distributed.
Stir it together and add some salt and pepper.
There’s a special sauce to go with the noodles, and it’s a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, water, and some other ingredients. It’s a sauce that you’ll want to smother your noodles in!
