Cold Tofu with Garlic and Soy Sauce

This is probably the easiest appetizer to make, and it tastes good!

Ingredients:

1 box of fresh soft tofu
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Soy sauce to taste

Directions:

1. While the tofu is still in the container, drain out the water and rinse the tofu.
2. Invert the tofu onto a plate.
3. Pour the soy sauce evenly over the tofu.
4. Top the tofu with the garlic.
