1 lb. of chicken breast, diced
2 oyster king mushrooms, chopped
2 stalks of green onions, chopped
Soy sauce to taste
1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and cook the chicken until it is no longer pink.
2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. Cook the mushrooms until they are soft.
4. Add the chicken back in the pan and mix with the mushrooms.
5. Season with soy sauce.
6. Add the green onions and mix with the chicken and mushrooms for a minute before serving.
