This restaurant is located on Garvey Ave. in Monterey Park. The dumplings are good, and I always love eating those stuffed buns. The dishes are about $6-$7 each.
Roasted Chicken- This was served as a cold appetizer dish.
Green Onion Pancakes- A variation of green onion pancakes with less oil and sesame seeds.
“Shui Jian Bao”- Water-seared buns! These buns are stuffed with a meat and vegetable mixture (like a dumpling) and seared in water until the water evaporates. Usually, the cooking process will leave a crispy layer on the bottom, but this time, it didn’t come out right.
Dumplings! Always a favorite.
Eggplant with Minced Chicken- Eggplant stir-fried in spicy garlic sauce always tastes good.
For “dessert,” sweet potatoes!
