A variation of ceviche!


2 packs of imitation crab meat (the kind that you can peel apart)
1 bunch of cilantro
2 red onions
2 lemons
Salt, to taste
Tapatio sauce, to taste


1. Rinse the imitation crab meat and pull it apart so each layer of the crab meat is by itself.  Cut the crab meat into smaller pieces if you wish.
2. Rub the cilantro with salt, rinse it out with water, and chop into small pieces.
3. Peel and wash the red onions, and then chop it into small pieces.
4. Toss the crab meat, cilantro, and red onions in a large salad bowl.  Add lemon juice from the two lemons, and add the salt and Tapatio sauce to taste.

Ceviche tastes great on a tostada or with corn tortilla chips!
