1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can kernel corn
Dried red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup small seashell pasta, cooked and drained
1. Drain 1 can pinto beans, 1 can black beans, and 1 can corn, and mix in a large bowl.
2. Chop 3 tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to the beans and corn.
3. Season with cumin, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic power, onion powder, and dried red pepper flakes (optional).
Variations: Add chopped red onions and skip the small seashell pasta. If you use pasta, mix with salt and 1/3 cup Italian dressing before adding it to the rest of the salad.
