5-6 Russet potatoes
1. Wash, peel, and cut 5-6 Russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray, just enough to coat the pan.
3. Arrange the potatoes on the pan so none of the pieces overlap.
4. Spray the potatoes with cooking spray.
5. Sprinkle desired seasonings on the potatoes (I used a garlic and herb seasoning and salt).
6. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.
